Community impact

Our framework for creating and measuring meaningful benefits for local people.

Our outcomes

What success could look like

Access & participation

Number of people engaged, participation from underserved groups and reduction of practical barriers.

Skills & confidence

Learner feedback and before-and-after measures of technical confidence, problem-solving and career awareness.

Progression & opportunity

Signposting, onward training, mentoring connections and reported progression where follow-up is possible.

Accountability

How we intend to measure impact

1. Listen to the community

Gather feedback from prospective participants and local organisations to understand priorities.

2. Set clear outcomes

Define achievable learning and participation goals for each funded activity.

3. Collect appropriate evidence

Use attendance, participant feedback, skills reflection and partner input with privacy safeguards.

4. Learn and improve

Review findings and share accurate impact reports with partners and funders.

We will publish verified outcomes as programmes are delivered. We do not currently present projected participation or impact figures as achieved results.
