Inclusion
Making learning welcoming, accessible and relevant to people from different backgrounds and life stages.
A community-focused organisation with an ambition to make engineering education and skills more accessible.
Walsall Engineering Futures CIC aims to widen access to STEM education, engineering experiences, practical technical skills and opportunities for personal and professional development. We intend to work with local communities and partners to remove barriers to participation and support pathways into learning and work.
Our approach is inclusive of children, young people and adults, including unemployed people, career changers and those returning to education.
Making learning welcoming, accessible and relevant to people from different backgrounds and life stages.
Using practical challenges, creativity and problem-solving to connect learning with the real world.
Listening to local needs and building activities with educators, employers and community organisations.
We aim to create sustainable opportunities that help people discover engineering, strengthen their skills, build confidence and make informed decisions about further education, training and employment.
